Club Manager & Head Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PGA Professional to take on the dual role of Club Manager & Head Professional. This is a senior leadership position responsible for the smooth running of all Club operations, ensuring excellence in service, commercial performance, and member experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day‑to‑day management of the Club, including golf operations, retail, membership, and administration.
Oversee the Professional Shop and deliver a high‑quality retail and coaching service.
Manage staff, budgets, and operational processes to ensure efficiency and financial control.
Work collaboratively with the Course & Facilities Manager to maintain the course and clubhouse to the highest standards.
Develop and implement initiatives to grow membership, visitor play, and society bookings.
Prepare management reports and provide strategic recommendations to the Board.
Uphold the Club’s values of professionalism, integrity, and member‑focused service.

Candidate Profile

• PGA‑qualified professional with proven experience in golf club management and retail operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Commercially minded with a track record of delivering operational and financial success.
• Passionate about golf and committed to enhancing the member and visitor experience.
• Confident in managing staff, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
