PGA PROFESSIONAL

Prodigy Golf Academy is a growing golf academy based in Surabaya, Indonesia, dedicated to providing high-quality golf coaching and player development.

We are currently looking for a PGA Professional to join our coaching team in Surabaya. As a PGA Professional at Prodigy Golf Academy, you will be responsible for delivering professional golf instruction to players of different ages and skill levels, from beginners to experienced golfers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering private and group golf lessons
Developing structured coaching programs for students
Coaching junior and adult golfers
Conducting swing analysis and providing technical improvement plans
Helping students improve their overall game, including short game, putting, course management, and performance
Supporting the continued development and growth of Prodigy Golf Academy
Maintaining a professional and positive coaching environment

We are looking for someone who:

Is a qualified PGA Professional
Has a strong passion for coaching and player development
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is comfortable coaching golfers across different ages and ability levels
Is professional, reliable, and motivated
Is willing to relocate to Surabaya, Indonesia
Previous experience working within a golf academy or structured coaching environment is preferred
