The Business

GolfQube is a new venture from the Kingsway Group of Companies. The Kingsway team has been involved in Golf Retail and Golf Leisure facilities for over 30 years. The company operates golf courses, driving ranges, adventure golf, coaching and more recently indoor golf simulators.

The Site

GolfQube offers customers golf tuition, club fitting and a wide range of top brands for equipment and apparel. Additionally, customers will be able to practice and play on the UK’s first indoor TrackMan Driving Range.

We will use advanced technology from Trackman 4 for unparalleled club and putter fittings. Our goal is to help golfers to be well equipped, improve their skills and enjoy the game to the fullest.

Role Description

At the GolfQube site in Cheltenham we are looking for locally based people who are passionate about golf and want to progress within the company.

This is a full-time on-site role, you will help deliver daily operations for the retail store on site and the practice areas, help with events and promotions, maintain inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service. Development in role will see you take on club fitting duties initially under the supervision of the Senior Club Fitter.

Skills & Experience

· Experience in Retail

· Knowledge of golf equipment, brands, and industry trends

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

· Stock management experience

· Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset

Remuneration

Hourly Rate of £12.71 plus sales commission structure.
