Golf Manager – Mad Swans in the South Downs
Salary: £45k–£50k including TRONC
Location: Surrey / Hampshire Border
Full-time: 5 days out of 7, including weekends
Hours: Shifts between 7am–10pm

Brief overview of what you will do:

Manage golf operations, golf shop, staff, sports activities and bookings
Oversee driving range (Swing Barn) and mini golf (Putt Patch)
Deliver excellent customer service
Increase sales, bookings and revenue
Create staff rotas and manage the sports team
Act as Duty Manager when required

Work with the leadership team to engage and grow the golf community through our exciting golf events calendar.
