Deputy Head Professional

Muswell Hill Golf Club is looking for an ambitious PGA Professional — or someone nearing completion of their PGA qualification — to join our busy Professional Team.

This is a hybrid opportunity, combining an employed role within the Professional Shop for 2–3 days per week with the opportunity to establish and grow your own self-employed coaching business at the Club.

We are looking for someone who wants to develop their career and earning potential within a busy golf operation, build a strong coaching diary and broaden their experience to take on greater responsibility.

The Opportunity

The employed element will include:

Working 2–3 days per week in our busy Professional Shop
Providing excellent customer service to members and visitors
Supporting retail, custom fitting, fitting days, club events and member activities
Alongside this, you will have the opportunity to operate your own self-employed coaching business, including:

Building and managing your own lesson diary
Delivering individual and group coaching
Coaching within our junior and academy programs

– PGA qualified or nearing completion of their PGA qualification

– Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
