Redditch Golf Club is seeking an ambitious, dynamic and commercially minded PGA Professional to join the Club as Head PGA Professional.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PGA Professional to take a leading role in the continued development of the Club’s professional services, combining retail, coaching, custom fitting, member engagement and commercial development within an established and forward-thinking private members’ golf club.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and continued growth of the Professional Shop, delivering an outstanding retail experience alongside high-quality coaching and custom fitting services. They will also play an active role in developing relationships with members, visitors and guests and maximising opportunities to grow participation and revenue across the golfing operation.

Working closely with the General Manager, Club Committee and wider team, the Head PGA Professional will play an important role in delivering Redditch Golf Club’s strategic objectives and contributing to the Club’s continued development.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about golf, commercially astute, member-focused and committed to delivering high standards across every aspect of the role.
