PGA Golf Coach – Self-Employed Coaching Opportunity

Clubhouse Peckham | South East London

Clubhouse Peckham is looking to partner with a PGA Professional to provide golf coaching to our growing membership base at our indoor golf simulator in Queens Road, Peckham.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-employed coach to establish or grow their coaching business from a premium indoor golf environment, with access to Trackman iO technology and a dedicated 5m-wide coaching bay.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a PGA Professional who can become the go-to coach for Clubhouse members, providing high-quality lessons to golfers of all abilities.

The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to run your coaching business on your own terms, without the overhead of operating your own facility.

As a self-employed Clubhouse Peckham coach, you will:

• Set your own competitive lesson prices.
• Manage your own clients and coaching schedule.
• Receive access to the Clubhouse facility at agreed coaching times.
• Have use of our Trackman iO simulator and spacious 5m-wide coaching bay.
• Take bookings directly from Clubhouse members, ideally through your own booking/scheduling platform.
• Alternatively, we are happy to work with you to provide access to our Clubhouse booking portal.
• Have the opportunity to build a regular client base from our growing membership community.
• Deliver lessons to golfers of all abilities, from complete beginners through to experienced golfers looking to improve their game.
• Benefit from an indoor environment, allowing you to coach year-round regardless of the weather.

How It Works
This is a self-employed coaching partnership, rather than an employed position.

You will be able to charge your own lesson rates, with Clubhouse retaining an agreed fixed facility fee per lesson. The remaining lesson revenue goes directly to the coach.

This means you have the freedom to set a competitive price that works for your coaching business, while Clubhouse Peckham provides the venue, technology and member environment.

We are happy to discuss the commercial arrangement and agree a structure that works for both parties.

Preferred Coaching Hours
We are particularly interested in making coaching available during:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–4:00pm
• Saturday–Sunday: 3:00pm–7:00pm

These are indicative hours rather than fixed requirements. Exact days and availability can be agreed based on member demand and the coach’s schedule.

About Clubhouse Peckham
Clubhouse Peckham is Peckham’s first indoor self access golf simulator, created to give golfers a premium, accessible and social place to play, practise and improve.

Our facility features a Trackman iO simulator, a large 5m-wide coaching bay and a fully indoor environment, allowing golfers to enjoy a realistic golf experience all year round.

We have built Clubhouse around a simple idea: golf should be more accessible, more social and more convenient. Our membership community is growing, and we want to work with a coach who can become an important part of that community.
