Custom Fit Technician

Join the team at The Belfry, the iconic four-time Ryder Cup venue, as a Custom Fit Technician within the PGA National Golf Academy.

We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Custom Fit Technician to deliver exceptional club fitting experiences using some of the most advanced technology in the game. If you’re enthusiastic about helping golfers perform at their best and thrive in a premium, customer-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

• Full-time, contracted position
• 40-hour working week
• Based at The Belfry’s PGA National Golf Academy

What You’ll Be Working With

Our custom fitting facilities feature industry-leading technology, including:

• 35-bay Toptracer driving range
• TrackMan launch monitors
• Foresight GCQuad launch monitors
• Zen Swing and Putting stages
• Gears 3D motion capture system

Experience using these technologies is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
