Head Professional

An exciting opportunity has presented itself as we are looking for an inspirational, passionate and ambitious Golf Professional who is looking to move forward with the clubs objectives to reshape our golf programme, develop new commercial opportunities, enhance the member experience and play a major role in the club’s next chapter working alongside a committed and supportive team.

The Head Professional will be responsible for

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the Professional Shop.
• Coaching & Golf Development for golfers of all ages and abilities including group coaching sessions as well as individual lessons
• Create player development pathways for junior and academy golfers.
• Promote participation and enjoyment of golf across all sections of the Club.
• Support membership recruitment and retention

The Head Professional will:

• Be a visible, approachable and enthusiastic presence around the Club
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to visiting golfers.
• Support competitions, golf days, societies, member events and visitor activities.
• Work collaboratively with Club management, staff and committees
