The Jason Floyd Golf Academy has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, dedicated coach to join our highly passionate coaching team. If you have a desire to work in a team environment helping to nurture and develop aspiring junior golfers and enabling them to reach their goals, then please apply below!

As a JFGA Coach, you will use your coaching experience with our teaching methodology and technologies to execute a Yearly Training Programme to a group of students. The role includes coaching all aspects of golf including themed course sessions.

The JFGA is committed to be at the forefront of technology-based golf instruction. All our Golf instructors will partake in upfront training completing our inhouse  JFGA Instructor training programme (Workbook).

The Jason Floyd Golf Academy offers a pathway for 12-18 year olds that goes beyond traditional golf instruction by offering comprehensive golf and education programmes in partnership with Sotogrande International School. We believe that a well-rounded education is essential for our students’ long-term success and through the Triple A programmes, students can combine state-of-the-art golf training with academic excellence, providing access to the best universities in the United States and many other countries.

Every person is different. Different anatomy, learning styles, predisposed movement patterns, strengths, weaknesses, aspirations, and so on. It’s safe to say, no “One Size Fits All” approach works for everyone.

To optimise the performance of each individual, we need to understand them for who they are, an individual, and the only way to do this is to assess them individually in Technical, Physical and Mental Performance, gathering facts, data and information that are used to create a personalised programme, removing emotional decision making and designing a structured process to follow.

Qualification Requirements:

Qualified member of the Professional Golfers Association
Degree qualification an advantage, in terms of securing a working visa
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in working with coaching technology preferred
Experience with custom club fitting preferred
Language: All coaching will be conducted in English. Spanish an advantage
