Orbis Golf are now opening recruitment for PGA Coaches to join us on a self-employed basis at one of our facilities in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Basingstoke Golf Centre boasts a 22 bay, covered, floodlit driving range, 9 hole par 3 course and a fun 18 hole adventure golf course.

Orbis Golf are passionate about helping PGA Professionals to improve their coaching business and measure the value they are bringing to the facility they are working with.

Join our growing team of 30 PGA Professionals and industry experts delivering first class coaching at 13 locations in the south and southeast of England.

We are keen to speak to PGA Assistants, Trainees and Fully Qualified Professionals that are looking to coach full time and develop a successful business.

Support from Orbis Golf
Coaches engaged with Orbis Golf will benefit from;

• Lead generation via online marketing channels, tailored to you and your services
• Training on how to convert leads into high value clients
• Software and ongoing business support through our online Learning Management System
• Support of an experienced management team, with industry links for future career roles both in the UK and abroad

Overview of the Role
The roles available are self-employed coaching roles; you will be building a thriving golf coaching business at the facility and growing the profile of the existing academy whilst being fully supported by Orbis Golf.

There may be an opportunity for operational employed hours at the golf club, if this would help whilst building your coaching business.

Significant earning potential with expected first year earnings at an average of £40,000 OTE.
