Indoor coaching space available for PGA Members

SKGolf Simulator Hub is looking to hear from PGA Members interested in using our indoor simulator facilities to deliver coaching and lessons at our venue, Houldsworth Business & Arts Centre, Stockport (SK5 6DA).

This opportunity would suit a PGA Member seeking access to a modern indoor coaching environment, either to support their existing coaching business or to establish a regular coaching presence at a high-quality simulator facility.

Our venue features two large simulator bays with FlightScope Mevo+ launch monitors, supported by GSPro, FS Range, The Golf Club Simulator and Awesome Golf. The setup is well-suited to technical coaching, data-led lessons, indoor practice sessions, and engaging lessons.

In addition, we have a dedicated private coaching room for PGA Members who require a private indoor teaching space. This room includes an impact screen and projector, allowing you to connect your own equipment and run your systems seamlessly.

SKGolf Simulator Hub currently has a growing customer base of approximately 800–1,000 people. We would be happy to discuss opportunities to help promote your coaching services to this audience, including direct marketing support and advertising space within the facility for posters, business cards and other promotional materials.

Commercial terms, including facility access and bay rental arrangements, are fully negotiable.
