Head Golf Professional – Hermitage Golf Club

Hermitage Golf Club invites applications from an Accredited PGA Golf Professional to deliver Head Professional services under a formal Service Level Agreement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused, customer-oriented and innovative PGA Professional to take the lead in developing and enhancing the Club’s professional golf operation. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to establish and grow a sustainable business, supported by a competitive retainer and additional income-generating opportunities.

Operating under an agreed Service Level Agreement, the appointed Professional will be responsible for the delivery, management and ongoing development of the Club’s professional golf services. This will involve creating and maintaining a commercially successful, high-quality and customer-focused operation encompassing coaching, retail, club fitting, competition administration and front-of-house golf services.

Hermitage Golf Club is seeking a PGA Professional with the commercial awareness, operational experience and leadership capabilities required to build and lead a team that consistently delivers excellent service across all aspects of golf operations.

Key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and operating a successful, commercially sustainable golf retail business.
• Providing a professional, welcoming and member-focused front-of-house service.
• Ensuring the effective and accurate administration of club competitions.
• Delivering professional club fitting services.
• Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive coaching programme that caters to all membership categories and aligns with the Club’s objectives.
