Golf Experience Coach (PGA Trainee) – Five Iron Golf London

Five Iron Golf is bringing its industry-leading golf and hospitality concept to London, combining world-class Trackman simulator technology with a premium social experience in the heart of the City.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Year 1 or Year 2 PGA Trainee who wants to build a long-term career in coaching while helping grow the Five Iron brand in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, coach, compete and develop alongside one of the fastest-growing golf companies in the world.

The Role

As a Golf Experience Coach, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and helping golfers of all abilities enjoy everything Five Iron has to offer. You’ll guide players through the Trackman technology, assist with events and leagues, and begin building your own coaching diary with support from the Lead Golf Coach.

Guest experience is at the heart of everything we do. We want energetic, personable individuals who enjoy working with people and are passionate about growing the game.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering exceptional guest experiences both on and off the simulator.
Becoming an expert in Trackman technology and using it to enhance every customer’s experience.
Building your own coaching diary with support and mentoring from the Lead Golf Coach.
Promoting lessons, memberships, leagues and fittings.
Assisting with events, tournaments and league nights.
Building relationships with members and creating a strong golf community.
Supporting the growth of Five Iron Golf in the UK.

Schedule

Full-time position.
Five-day working week including a mixture of weekdays and weekends.
