I am writing to express my interest in the Golf Operation Manager position at your club. With a PhD in Sports Science specializing in Golf , over eight years of coaching experience, and extensive experience managing golf operations and tournaments, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to the growth and excellence of your golf facility.

I am proud to be the first Pakistani and South Asian researcher to conduct doctoral-level research in golf performance. My academic background allows me to integrate evidence-based training, sports psychology, talent identification, and long-term athlete development into structured golf programs and operational strategies that support both player development and club excellence.

Alongside my academic work, I bring more than two decades of competitive golf experience and currently play off a handicap of 3 with a World Amateur Golf Ranking. This competitive background enables me to understand the game not only from an operational perspective but also from the viewpoint of players at different levels of performance.

Professionally, I have extensive experience in golf management and operations. I have served as a Golf Manager within a sports organization where I successfully organized more than 50 golf tournaments, conducted multiple golf seminars, and designed a mini golf course from concept to implementation. These experiences strengthened my abilities in tournament administration, event coordination, facility management, and program development.

Currently, I am working as a Golf Operations Manager at a golf club where I oversee day-to-day golf operations, coordinate competitions, manage member services, and ensure that all golf activities are conducted according to professional standards. In addition, I am an R&A Level-qualified Golf Referee, which provides me with a strong understanding of the Rules of Golf, competition governance, and maintaining the integrity of tournaments.

Academically, I also serve as a University Lecturer, teaching Sports Psychology, Talent Identification, and Sports Coaching. This role enhances my ability to develop players, educate athletes, and lead structured training and development programs.

I am passionate about contributing to the growth of golf through professional management, high-quality competitions, and structured development programs. I believe my combined experience in golf performance, coaching, research, and golf operations uniquely positions me to support the continued success and development of your club.
