Chipprs Golf is a premium indoor golf venue designed to help golfers play, practise and improve using the latest simulator technology.

Unlike traditional golf clubs, our focus is on accessibility, game improvement and creating a modern golfing experience for members of all abilities.

We invest heavily in marketing, lead generation and customer acquisition. Our PGA Professionals are provided with a steady flow of potential students and are supported by a growing membership base, high-quality facilities and advanced simulator technology.

We are seeking an ambitious PGA Professional or experienced golf coach who wants to focus on what they do best: coaching golfers and helping them improve.

The Opportunity

This is a commission-only position designed for a coach who believes in their ability to build a successful coaching business.

Rather than earning a fixed salary, you will receive 50% of all coaching revenue generated from lessons, coaching programmes and game-improvement services.

We generate the majority of customer enquiries through our marketing activities, memberships, social media, events and local partnerships, allowing you to focus on coaching and converting prospective students into long-term clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering high-quality one-to-one golf coaching sessions
Conducting game-improvement assessments
Converting enquiries into coaching clients
Creating personalised improvement plans for students
Selling lesson packages and structured coaching programmes
Running beginner, ladies’, junior and group coaching sessions
Supporting member engagement events and coaching clinics
Building long-term relationships with students
Promoting your coaching services within the Chipprs Golf community
Using simulator, camera and launch monitor technology to analyse performance and track improvement

What We’re Looking For

Essential

Fully qualified PGA Professional or recognised golf coaching qualification
Previous golf coaching experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commercial mindset and confidence in selling coaching services
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Eligibility to coach children and junior golfers
Ability to work evenings and weekends

Desirable

Existing client base
Experience using simulator technology
Experience running junior academies
Experience running group coaching programmes
Club fitting experience
Social media and content creation skills
Proven record of generating lesson revenue
