An exciting opportunity for a full time coach at GolfPod Rickmansworth under the Beast Golf Academy banner.

The role will be a franchise model with flexibility to control your own diary.

Beast golf will provide online booking services, social media and traditional marketing tools to help grow earning potential and increase client base.

The venue

GolfPod Rickmansworth at Rickmansworth Golf Club is scheduled to open mid October and will be the 3rd GolfPod site to open.

Requirements

– Fully Qualified PGA Professional or PGA Coach
– ⁠Motivated to work hard and build or grow your client base
– ⁠Meet service guidelines for both Beast Golf Academy and GolfPod brands

Responsibilities

1. – To deliver first class 1-1 and group coaching to all levels of golfer at every age.
   – Weekly group sessions targeted at Ladies, Juniors, seniors and beginners.
   – Run on site events for Beast Golf and GolfPod.
   – Help golfers improve through clear observation, communication and practical coaching interventions.
   – Learn and apply the Beast Golf approach to lesson delivery, client communication and coaching standards.
   – Take part in observation, mentoring, debriefs and ongoing coach development.
   – Use video analysis via Onform, foresight data and other coaching tools where required.
   – Maintain accurate client notes and follow-up records via Onform
   – Represent Beast golf professionally aswell as GolfPod and be an Ambassador for both brands
