PGA Teaching Professional – Minthis Golf Club, Cyprus

Minthis Golf Club is seeking a fully qualified PGA Teaching Professional to join our established Academy team. Working alongside our experienced coaching staff, you will deliver high-quality golf instruction to members, guests, and visitors while building and developing your own successful client base.

As the first golf course established in Cyprus, Minthis has undergone significant development in recent years and now offers a truly world-class resort experience. The destination features a luxury 90-room five-star hotel, an award-winning spa, exceptional practice facilities, and a continually expanding residential community, providing a consistent flow of golfers and resort guests throughout the year. Our coaching facilities have recently been enhanced with the addition of a Trackman Range and a Trackman 4 launch monitor, giving our teaching professionals access to industry-leading coaching technology.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, high-quality individual and group coaching sessions for golfers of all ages and abilities.
Build, develop, and maintain a strong and loyal coaching client base.
Work collaboratively with the Academy team to provide an exceptional coaching experience.
Proactively promote coaching programmes and lesson packages to members, guests, and visitors.
Demonstrate an engaging, professional, and enthusiastic coaching style.
Prioritise client retention through excellent service and long-term player development.
Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Minthis brand to the highest standards.

Package

Commission-based remuneration, with earnings generated from lessons delivered.

Qualifications & Experience

Fully qualified PGA Teaching Professional.
Additional coaching certifications or continuing professional development are desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
