PGA Assistant Professional

The Berkshire Golf Club is one of the country’s premier golfing venues, offering an exceptional environment in which to develop a career in the golf industry.

The Club boasts world-class practice and coaching facilities, including two dedicated Trackman coaching studios, providing an outstanding platform for both player development and professional coaching.  We currently have a team of six PGA Professionals and have an excellent reputation throughout the area for both coaching and custom fitting, with a strong emphasis on delivering a first class experience for our members and guests.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious PGA Assistant Professional to join our team.  This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their professional skills within a prestigious club, working alongside an experienced team.

The role will involve shop retail duties, coaching, custom fitting and club repairs.

Flexible working arrangements can be considered depending on the successful candidate, with hours tailored where possible to suit both the individual and the requirements of the club.
