Location: TeeGo Hampstead, Angel and expanding North London locations

Salary: £32,000 basic + commission and bonuses
Realistic earnings: £38,000–£42,000+

About TeeGo

TeeGo is a growing network of modern indoor golf clubhouses across London, combining TrackMan technology, professional coaching, structured practice and community to make golf more convenient, accessible and enjoyable.

With Hackney Wick opening next and further locations planned north of the river over the next six months, we are looking for a qualified PGA Professional to help develop coaching, schools and member engagement across North London.

The role
This is more than a lesson-giving position. Responsibilities will include:

Delivering individual and group coaching
Building a successful coaching diary
Developing school and junior programmes
Using TrackMan to create clear coaching and practice plans
Supporting custom fitting, memberships and member retention
Helping deliver competitions, events and community activity
Supporting normal clubhouse operations and member experience

Package
£32,000 basic salary
Commission and performance-related bonuses
Realistic earnings of £38,000–£42,000+

Who we are looking for
You will be:

A qualified PGA Professional
An excellent communicator
Comfortable coaching all ages and abilities
Enthusiastic about schools and junior golf
Confident with TrackMan, or keen to develop
Organised, reliable and commercially aware
Comfortable combining coaching with clubhouse responsibilities
Happy to work a flexible 40-hour week including some evenings and weekends
Experience in custom fitting, school coaching, junior development or indoor golf would be advantageous.
