Trainee Assistant Professional

Chiltern Forest Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Assistant Golf Professional to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to start their PGA training or has recently started their training and is looking to develop their skills and experience within a friendly, progressive golf club environment.

We are looking for someone who:

⛳ Has a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the game of golf
🏌️‍♂️ Is keen to develop their career within the golf industry
😊 Has excellent customer service and communication skills
🤝 Is friendly, approachable and enjoys working with members and visitors
📈 Is motivated to learn and develop their coaching and professional skills
🛍️ Is happy to get involved in all aspects of the golf operation, including the Pro Shop and day-to-day club activities
⭐ Takes pride in delivering a great experience for our members and customers

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside an established golf professional and gain valuable experience across coaching, custom fitting, club repairs, retail and customer service.

We are also excited to be launching our brand-new indoor coaching and performance studio at the end of August, providing an excellent environment to develop your coaching skills and gain experience using modern golf technology.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their professional journey who is eager to learn, work hard and build a career in golf.
