Director of Golf

Tbilisi Hills Golf is a part of luxury residential development in Georgia. Tbilisi Hills Golf is looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Golf to oversee all aspects of our golf operations and help shape the future of one of the region’s leading golf destinations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated golf professional with strong business acumen to lead a talented team and deliver an outstanding experience for members and visitors alike.

The Director of Golf will be responsible for both the strategic direction and daily management of the golf operation. This includes leading and mentoring the golf team, maintaining golf course premium quality and exceptional service standards, and implementing initiatives that increase participation, strengthen customer satisfaction, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Working in close collaboration with the senior management team, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall golf experience through the development of new programs, tournaments, coaching initiatives, and member events. You will also oversee the efficient operation of all golf-related activities, including tee time management, membership programs, golf retail, competitions, instructional services, and special events.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in managing a successful commercial golf facility. The ideal applicant is an inspiring leader with a customer-first mindset, solid commercial awareness, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams. You should be comfortable identifying opportunities to improve operational performance, grow revenue, and ensure that every golfer enjoys an exceptional experience at Tbilisi Hills Golf. Relocation to Georgia is obligatory. Georgian or Russian language is advantage.
