I bring a clear and honest focus, on internal and external communications leading to building high performing

and committed teams and supportive partnership working strategies, driving performance through effective

quality processes, to support and ensure sustainable success for all stakeholders.

Sports Coach – Central Education

I am a Sport Coach for Central Education

Alongside the key and wider responsibilities, my current role includes:

• Develop and oversee schemes of work and curriculum for PE lessons and after school clubs.

• Liaising with School SLT to communicate and advise on effective activity, to ensure continuing high

achievement and inclusivity.

• Teaching curricula based lessons and after school activities.

• Completing documentation required for compliance against statutory regulations, school requirements

and best practice.

• Actively seeking opportunities to support schools and ensure partnership service level agreements are

met and exceeded for future business growth e.g. actively seeking external ‘ideas’ or funding to

support wider school e.g Sports Direct bid for equipment – my communications secured funding for

additional equipment.

Youth & Project – Lead Sport And Health Officer

Sports and Health Lead for School (key stage 1 – 4) & charitable organisations

Key responsibilities

• Develop, mentor and engage young people in sports and physical activity, using a curriculum based

model or stakeholder funded model. I have led extensively on school holiday clubs and school

improvement strategies.

• Training and monitoring operational staff to build high performing teams.

• Develop exciting curricula activity to present to schools or in association with school teams.

• Work across management team to identify and report on operational requirements & KPI’s.

• Liaise with stakeholders to ascertain budgetary requirements for projects.

• Liaise with Heads of School and PE leads to develop curricula for schools in special measures.

• Planning, developing, organising and delivering age appropriate programmes of activities to young

people and families , to meet the requirements of the funding organisations and the participants.

• Lead facilitator on sports projects for schools, community and youth clubs.

with partner organisations, sourcing staff for sessional activity, designing marketing collateral, updating social

I am a qualified and experienced Football Association (FA) Referee.

Fox Hollies Leisure Centre – Football coach – Self employed.

Football coach, delivering interactive sessions to young people aged 3 – 19. Additionally, I have completed

regular volunteer coaching work at Aston Villa and West Midlands Foxes, where I have been able to develop

my skills further.

Independent Training Provider – youth programmes

I have undertaken some voluntary work, supporting health and wellbeing of disadvantaged young people

using sports and mentoring.

To supplement my income I worked part time within the hospitality sector. I was customer facing covering a

range of areas including problem solving, team work, tasks to ensure smooth the running of the sections of
