Dear Hiring Committee,

I am writing to express my interest in the position of Head Professional at Woodbridge Golf Club. As a fully qualified PGA Professional, I am passionate about all aspects of the golf industry and would welcome the opportunity to bring my experience, enthusiasm, and professional approach to such a respected club.

I am an excellent coach with a genuine passion for developing golfers of all abilities. I enjoy helping players improve their skills, confidence and enjoyment of the game, whether they are new to golf, returning to the sport or looking to take their performance to the next level. I believe that a successful Head Professional should be approachable, encouraging and able to build strong relationships with golfers of all ages and abilities.

Alongside my coaching experience, I am commercially aware and understand the importance of running an efficient and successful golf operation. I have experience in golf retail and operations and appreciate the balance between delivering excellent service to members and visitors and achieving the club’s commercial objectives.

Communication and relationship-building are particular strengths of mine. I take great pride in providing a welcoming and professional experience and enjoy developing lasting relationships with members, visitors and colleagues. I believe that the Head Professional plays an important role in fostering a positive club environment and serving as a visible, approachable ambassador for the club.

I am well organised, self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards. I would bring energy, reliability and a positive attitude to the role, together with a genuine desire to contribute to the continued success and reputation of Woodbridge Golf Club.
