I am writing to express my interest for the position of PGA Golf Professional at Teego, London.

Currently, I am working in the role of PGA Professional at Frilford Heath Golf Club, supporting a client base of over 1,900 members. My role involves a wide range of responsibilities including business operations, facility utilisation, customer service and coaching. I thrive in a fast-paced environment and confidently support the club’s day-to-day operations and wider business objectives, whilst managing a diverse and demanding coaching diary circa 20+ individual clients per week.

I am a fully qualified PGA Professional with a Level 2 Coaching certification and bring strong technical expertise through the utilisation of GCquad swing, club and ball data. In my customer service-focused position I have significant influence on consumer interactions, spend, retention and overall satisfaction. I work closely with stakeholders at every level, including members, senior management and external partners in order to develop initiatives that support membership growth and ultimately enhance the club’s overall offering. Most notably this year, I helped us onboard an additional school to our coaching portfolio.

My role requires me to independently manage multiple coaching academies, coordinating participant communication and programme delivery. In order to ensure the smooth daily operation of the club, I liaise with key personnel across departments to ensure operational requirements of three 18-hole courses are met, whilst serving customers to the highest standard, having achieved three 100% customer service scores with our partners, external benchmarking company 59 club.
