I am writing to express my strong interest in the Assistant Golf Professional position at Wellington College International School Bangkok. Having previously engaged in discussions with your team, I remain deeply impressed by the College’s commitment to holistic education and athletic excellence. Following our prior conversations, I have taken time to reflect on Wellington’s structured coaching philosophy. I am eager to apply for this role with a clear focus on adopting, supporting, and delivering the College’s established coaching framework alongside the Head of Golf.

As an Assistant Professional, my priority is to act as a seamless extension of the Head of Golf’s vision. Throughout my coaching career, including leading a junior programme at Sutton Golf & Country Club that grew to over 25 active participants. I have learned that the key to an impactful school programme is consistency in methodology. My coaching approach prioritizes modern, student-centered methodologies, including game-based learning and constraints-led instruction. This ensures that whether we are working with early years beginners or elite junior tournament competitors, students learn through engaging, task-oriented challenges that build both technical skill and smart decision-making.

My background as an NCAA Division 1 athlete and Mini tour gives me deep technical insight and elite playing experience. However, my passion lies in mentorship and adaptability within a collaborative educational team. I thrive when working alongside PE departments, heads of sport, and parents to ensure that golf aligns with Wellington’s core values of courage, respect, integrity, kindness, and responsibility.

Having lived and worked in Bangkok, I am fully settled in Thailand and ready to step immediately into this role. I welcome the opportunity to demonstrate how my high energy, adaptability, and dedication to your existing framework will add immediate value to Wellington College’s golf programme.
