About the Candidate

I have attached my CV below and from this you can see I have some experience with the PGA Professional in Melville Golf Course and have helped him and the PGA at Glencorse. I was supporting the teaching of younger new members. I am very keen to get into the PGA Training and have been working a lot on my game as well as building up my people skills.

I have spent a lot of time with green keepers so that I know more about the maintenance of a golf course and how this can be very important to a how the course plays.

I am very keen to become a professional golfer and have played some links courses like Gullane and although I haven’t played Royal Troon I have visited there as my grandparents live nearby.

I have won the Junior Championship for the last 2 years at my club.

Currently learning to drive and getting golf lessons at Melville – I have been coached at Turnberry Golf Course and by Grant Forrest at the Scottish Open at The Renaissance Club. I was able to meet a few professionals there who encouraged me to follow my dream.
