About the Candidate

I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to a regionally and nationally renowned competitive academy program and also host a developmental program for local juniors prepare for advanced level competition and look for university level opportunities.

In September 2022, I traveled to Shenzhen China to be mentored by Kevin Smeltz at the Mission Hills PGA Academy owned and managed by Pacific Pine Sports.

I have 35 years in the golf business all over the western states and the opportunity to go was once in a lifetime .  I have learned so much in that short period of time about life, culture, and golf, I am a better player, teacher, professional and person since being there.

I worked with a youth program full of top, champion and elite players that will soon look for university opportunities in the US.  Although China is new to golf , this program has a number of students committed to US programs at BYU, Oklahoma, Arizona, Central Missouri, among others. I would absolutely love an opportunity to return to Asia because it has been an honor, privilege and inspiration to watch how hard these kids work for their goals and dreams.  I hope to be able to continue to contribute  to the development of students and athletes being successful in whatever they measure themselves by.

I would look to develop a culture of progress and highest quality golf instruction to Students and Student athletes.    My experience to improve golf mechanics, increase speed and accuracy, and improve strength and conditioning will make great advances for your students.

We will always look to build, improve, compete and win, on the course and in the classroom.
