as taking over full control of the junior section are the highlights. My key responsibilities are:
• Running all junior activities. This includes weekend junior roll up coaching sessions, half term
camps and setting up competition for our older juniors. I also offer private junior lessons at a heavily
discounted rate. I have also got the junior section from none to 16 with handicaps and entered a
league
• Preparing our fleet of 14 Buggies. In the morning, I will find out how many are needed for the day
and get an appropriate amount prepared ready for hire by members and visitors. At the end of the
day, I will clean out buggies if needed and put them on charge to make sure they are ready for hire
the next day.
• Making sure our trackman driving range and simulator are ready for use. I will make sure all
screens in the bays are clean and if not wipe them down. Every day I will make sure all ball trays,
baskets, bay dividers are clean as well as hoover and wipe down the simulator room, so they are
ready for use by members and visitors.
• I use ESP for our till and booking system. Booking in members and taking green fees from guest
and visitors. Taking money for instore purchases and ringing it through the till.
• Making sure displays are well stocked and presentable. I will put a label on with a code to help
staff find it on the till quicker as well as the price to help the customer. Wiping and dusting displays
to ensure our shop looks clean when customers are looking around it.
• I will always make sure I am aware of updates to products to help enhance a customer experience
in the shop. When possible, I will make sure to greet the customer and assist them with anything
they need in whilst shopping.
• Closing duties include cleaning the shop and filling the fridge with drinks and snacks to make sure it
is ready for the next day, cashing up the till and leaving it in a secure area, making sure all doors and
windows are locked and alarming the building.
