Account Manager – Golf Events & Hospitality

We are looking for a full-time Account Manager to support the Head of Golf Events & Hospitality with the administration, planning, coordination, and on-site delivery of FordParsons golf days, the FP Series, Signature Collection, and general hospitality events.
This role is ideal for someone with previous golf event management experience who is highly organised, client-focused, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of events, supporting client communications, coordinating suppliers and venues, and assisting with all operational aspects of event delivery.
Experience using Golf Genius is preferred, alongside a strong understanding of golf event administration and hospitality coordination. This remote role, with on-site attendance for event days, offers an exciting opportunity to work within a growing and ambitious events business.
Key Responsibilities
Golf Event Management
- Support the planning, administration, and delivery of FordParsons golf events, including the FP Series and Signature Collection.
- Assist with event logistics, including venue coordination, supplier management, tee sheets, player administration, and event schedules.
- Manage event bookings and client requirements from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up.
- Support the setup and management of Golf Genius event software, including live scoring, leaderboards, and event communications.
- Attend events on-site to assist with event operations and ensure a high standard of delivery and client experience.
Hospitality & Client Support
- Assist in sourcing and coordinating hospitality packages and event experiences.
- Work closely with clients to share available packages, confirm bookings, and manage event requirements.
- Support the preparation of proposals, budgets, and client presentations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout the planning process.
Marketing & Event Communications
- Assist with the creation and distribution of event communications and marketing materials.
- Work alongside the social media and design teams to ensure event content and promotional materials are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate pre-event information, joining instructions, and post-event communications with clients and attendees.
CRM & Administration
- Maintain accurate client and event records within the company CRM system.
- Assist with data management, reporting, and updating event information.
- Support the wider team with general administration related to golf events and hospitality bookings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in golf event management, hospitality, account management, or a similar events-based role.
- Experience using Golf Genius is preferred.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Experience with CRM systems and event management platforms is advantageous.
- Knowledge of golf event operations and hospitality coordination.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel and attend events on-site when required.
