Professional Golf Coach

Define Golf is a performance-driven golf academy located in Guangzhou, China, specializing in structured elite junior development within a full championship training environment.

We are currently looking for a Professional Golf Coach to strengthen our team.

Key Responsibilities：

1. Provide professional golf instruction primarily to junior players (ages 6–18)
2. Design structured long-term training plans aligned with tournament performance and school admissions pathways
3. Deliver high-level private lessons and group classes to juniors and adult players
4. Integrate technology and AI-based training tools into coaching
5. Monitor and evaluate student progress and competition readiness
6. Support academy events and junior development initiatives
5. Build strong relationships with students and parents

Requirements：

1. PGA Certification (mandatory) or equivalent internationally recognized qualification
2. Minimum 2+ years of coaching experience (junior coaching preferred)
3. Experience in competitive player development
4. Familiarity with AI-assisted coaching tools is highly preferred
5. Strong communication skills in English
6. Passionate about youth development, confident teaching adults at all levels
7. Professional and team-oriented
