Head PGA Professional – Diss Driving Range

Diss Driving Range is seeking a fully qualified Head PGA Professional to lead and develop our busy retail and coaching operation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern golf facility featuring:

* 13 floodlit driving range bays with Toptracer technology
* A large heavily stocked golf shop with all leading brands represented
* 3 indoor simulator bays offering year-round coaching and custom fitting opportunities

The Role

The successful applicant will work  within and grow  the retail operation, alongside delivering coaching sessions and helping grow the coaching side of the business.

As Head Professional, you will be expected to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the golf shop including marketing and promotions and provide a first-class customer experience across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing the day-to-day operation of the golf shop
* Delivering coaching lessons and player development
* Managing staff and rotas
* Retail merchandising and stock control
* Driving sales and promoting coaching/custom fitting services
* Maintaining a professional, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for customers

Requirements

Applicants must:

* Be a fully qualified PGA Professional
* Have excellent communication and customer service skills
* Be friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with the public
* Be capable of managing a retail operation independently
* Have strong organisational and leadership skills
* Be motivated to help grow and develop the business
