About the Company

Strathaven Golf Club is proud of its course design which has been developed over the past century.

Located in South Lanarkshire, 20 miles from Glasgow City Centre, the Club is proud to have hosted numerous Professional and International Amateur Events in it’s 115 year history. The Club most recently hosted the 2021 Scottish Girls’ Amateur Championship.

A gently undulating and beautiful tree-lined golf course with USGA standard greens, the layout is enjoyable and challenging for all levels of ability.

In January 2023, the Club were very fortunate to be recognised at the annual BIGGA award ceremony, in respect of a major project undertaken by our greenstaff which involved re-designing our 7th & 9th holes.

Pro Shop

Calum, as well as all the Professional Shop team pride themselves on being able to provide the best level of service possible. A fully stocked shop as well as the introduction of an indoor studio and putting studio allow the facility to be a one stop shop for your golfing requirements.

Working at some of the leading golf facilities in Scotland gave Calum a great background in customer service and an education in all things golf.
