About the Company

Golfontrack is an established indoor golf coaching facility in Godstone, Surrey, just off Junction 6 of the M25, with seven years of consistent year-on-year growth behind it. The facility is built around five Trackman simulators, Trackman 3D motion capture, and Smart2Move force plates, alongside full on-course lesson capability and a dedicated short game area.

Our coaching philosophy centres on growth: we believe the coach who never stops learning becomes the coach everyone wants to learn from. Rather than treating coaching as a fixed skillset, we blend cutting-edge technology, the playing environment, and a relentless growth mindset — an approach we’re actively developing and putting into writing as we go, rather than one handed down as a finished method.

We harbor a team culture with high expectations of professionalism, where coaches learn and develop together rather than in silos, sharing methods, collaborating to find better ways to coach, and agreeing on a shared approach to service delivery that we reflect on and improve as a team over time.
