Head PGA Professional

Bramley Golf Club seeks to appoint an Accredited PGA Golf Professional to lead, deliver, and develop our professional golf services under a formal Service Level Agreement.

Located in Surrey, Bramley is a thriving Private Members Club with a full membership and an active waiting list. The Club boasts excellent facilities, including a dedicated retail space, an indoor Swing Studio, a covered driving range, and an excellent short game facility. Following the departure of our current Professional after 16 highly successful years, this represents a rare and lucrative opportunity for a commercially minded, service-driven PGA Professional to inherit a highly supportive membership and a proven Academy structure.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

·        A competitive annual retainer.

·        Exclusive coaching rights and 100% retention of tuition revenue.

·        A dedicated shop with exclusive on-site retail rights and 100% of retail margins.

·        100% retention of buggy and trolley hire income.

·        The opportunity to build a sustainable, high-performing business aligned with the Club’s wider ambitions.

Key Responsibilities: Operating under a Retained Service Level Agreement, you will be responsible for building a commercially successful, customer-focused operation encompassing retail, custom fitting, competition support, and front-of-house services. You will also be expected to manage and grow our highly successful Academy, continuing its strong track record of introducing new members to the Club.

The appointed Professional will be responsible for employing their own shop and coaching staff, which will involve the TUPE transfer of three existing part-time assistant professionals. The successful candidate will also be required to provide their own launch monitor technology (e.g., GCQuad) and interior shop fittings.

Application Process: Interested candidates are invited to submit a CV and a covering letter detailing their relevant experience, commercial capabilities, and proposed approach to delivering exceptional professional golf services at Bramley Golf Club.
