Brampton Golf Club is seeking an experienced Director of Golf to lead our Golf Shop, Custom Fitting operation and Coaching and to be the senior point of contact for our members and visitors. This is a new, senior leadership role for an ambitious PGA Professional ready to build and run their own team.

Brampton Golf Club is a busy private members’ club, home to a classic James Braid designed Heathland course, covered driving range, short game area with all-weather tees, GCQuad swing studio and a grass practice fairway.

Key Responsibilities:

•           Leadership – Lead, manage and develop our Golf Shop team, including a PGA Professional and retail assistants

•           Golf Shop Management – Full autonomy over the golf shop’s commercial performance: budgets, stock, margins and sales targets

•           Custom Fitting – Provide and develop professional club fitting services using our in-shop GCQuad swing studio

•           Member & Visitor Engagement – Ensure your team delivers a warm, professional welcome to members and visitors at all times

•           Golf Coaching – Deliver and oversee individual and group lessons for all skill levels

•           Competition Support – Oversee event organisation and results processing

Who We’re Looking For

•           PGA Professional accreditation

•           Proven experience managing or supervising a team, ideally in a golf shop, retail or coaching environment

•           Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and sales targets

•           Excellent communication skills and a confident, engaging, professional personality

•           A passion for helping golfers improve through structured coaching programmes

•           Retail experience with a keen eye for presentation and merchandising

•           Computer literacy (Microsoft 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel)

•           Experience with ‘Intelligent Golf’ software (preferred, but training can be provided)
