Assistant Golf Coach / Indoor Golf Studio Team Member

GPS Indoor Golf is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, personable and ambitious individual to join our team.

Working alongside Head England Coach Rob Watts, you’ll be part of an innovative performance academy that combines world-class coaching with cutting-edge TrackMan technology. Our academy has helped develop golfers from complete beginners through to elite amateurs, professionals and international players.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to learn from one of the UK’s most respected coaches while helping create an outstanding experience for every customer.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with individual and group coaching sessions
Delivering beginner and junior coaching (training provided)
Running TrackMan practice sessions and game experiences
Welcoming customers and providing exceptional service
Maintaining the presentation of our indoor golf studio
Supporting academy events, competitions and golf experiences
Helping grow our coaching programmes and community

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
Passionate about golf
Friendly, energetic and confident with people
Reliable with excellent communication skills
Keen to learn and develop professionally
Comfortable using technology (TrackMan experience is an advantage but not essential)
PGA Professional or working towards PGA qualifications is desirable, but enthusiastic golfers with coaching aspirations are encouraged to apply.
