Bolton Old Links

About the Company

Welcome to Bolton Old Links Golf Club, our fantastic Championship Golf Course, home to the PGA “Lancashire Open”.  The course was designed by Alister MacKenzie, and is a challenging and most enjoyable Par-72 layout, contrasting of two loops of nine with the front half surrounded by the back half.  Bolton Old Links is a lovely exposed moorland location, which means wind mainly contributes to the experience, along with our fantastic challenging greens. The highest point of the course sits on the 12th hole, from where you can experience magnificent breath taking views of the four surrounding counties.

Our on site Resident PGA Professional Sean Owen awaits, offering a first class customer experience, a very impressive and well stocked professional shop, buggy and trolley hire. In addition, there is a state of the art indoor swing studio, where golf lessons and club fittings are available along with a GC2 simulator to enhance your experience.
