PGA Trainee / Trainee Golf Professional Opportunity

Will Shakespeare PGA Pro Ltd is seeking a motivated PGA Trainee Professional or enthusiastic amateur golfer who is currently enrolled, or intending to enrol, on the PGA Training Programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a professional and friendly team at a busy municipal golf facility. The role offers hands-on experience across all aspects of the golf industry, providing a strong foundation for a successful career as a PGA Professional.

No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. Trainee professionals will receive mentoring and practical experience in:

• Golf coaching and player development
• Custom club fitting
• Club building and repair services
• Retail operations and customer service

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing tee-time bookings and customer enquiries
• Coordinating lesson bookings
• Providing professional shop services and retail support
• Delivering exceptional customer service to members and visitors
• Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the golf facility
