Delivering Exceptional Service: Guiding customers through the fitting process, understanding their needs, and providing personalised product recommendations to elevate their game.

Driving Sales Success: Meeting sales targets, promoting link sales, and ensuring a best in class experience for every customer.

Golf Enthusiast: Keeping up with the latest golf trends and products, sharing valuable insights and recommendations, from past experiences.

Operations & Management: Maintaining the fitting bay to ensure it is tidy, professionally presented, and fully operational.

Experience: A strong background in custom fitting, and extensive knowledge in club building and aftermarket shafts

Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of golf products and fitting process
