Assistant Golf Professional (Leadership Role)

North Sound Golf Club – Grand Cayman

Position Overview

North Sound Golf Club is seeking a high-performing, leadership-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. This is not a traditional support role — it is a key leadership position within the golf operation, responsible for driving daily execution, revenue performance, and service standards.

With approximately 50,000 annual rounds and a mix of member and visitor play, this role plays a critical part in optimising the tee sheet, maximising revenue, and delivering a consistently exceptional golf experience.
