About the Candidate
I am looking to move into the Golf industry having worked as an Operations Manager within the leisure sector and cross trained as a safety advisor and have recently discovered through the disability programme I am eligible to apply to become a PGA Professional. I feel this is an excellent opportunity for me to progress into the golfing industry. I have had my handicap approved and am now in search of work under a PGA professional to pursue my golf career
I have previously taught swimming since the age of 18 at all the leisure centres I have been based at and have a good background and understanding of the fundamentals of learning and development when teaching especially in early years development. While I have not taught swimming beyond the fundamental stages I have taught karate since the age of 16 up to and including students who have competed on the international stage so for more advanced development I have had exposure to elite level coaching as well.
I am aware the course is based on the outskirts of Bristol and would welcome the opportunity to relocate fir the role should I be successful in my application.
