Accredited PGA Professional

Halesowen Golf Club seeks to appoint an Accredited PGA Golf Professional to deliver a comprehensive range of golf services under a formal Service Level Agreement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, service-driven and forward-thinking PGA Professional to lead and develop the professional golf operation at the Club. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a sustainable business, supported by a competitive retainer and a range of exclusive commercial rights.

Under the agreed Service Level Agreement, the appointed Professional will have responsibility for delivering and developing the professional golf services provided at the Club. This will include shaping a commercially effective and customer-focused operation across coaching, retail, club fitting, competition support and front-of-house golf services.

The club seeks a PGA Professional with the skills, experience and leadership to build, manage and develop a team capable of delivering high-quality services across all areas of golf operations.

This will include, but is not limited to:

• A high-performing and commercially effective golf retail operation.
• Professional, welcoming and member focused front of house services.
• Efficient and accurate competition management.
• Club fitting services.
• A comprehensive coaching service aligned to the needs of all membership categories and the objectives of the Club, including growing a strong Academy.
