A 18 hole par 72 semi-private golf course. One of the best courses on Vancouver Island with stunning views of the oceanside nestled right in the heart of Nanaimo.

Operated Jonas Club Management daily for tee sheets, payments, member accounts, and POS functions.
Led junior golf programs, organizing clinics, competitions, and junior days for ages 6–17, increasing participation and engagement through fun, structured instruction.
Increased junior golf day turnout by 50% compared to the previous season through improved scheduling, targeted email outreach, and the introduction of skill based stations to enhance engagement and player development.
Managed Golf Genius tournament software for leagues, scoring, and event setup.

Assisted with tournament operations which included set up, take down and scoring for over 150 corporations and  charities.
Managed all outside golf operations at a 27-hole semi-private facility
Led the hiring, training, and development of the outside operations team, ensuring all staff were well-versed in customer service standards, course etiquette, and operational procedures.
Managed scheduling and performance of outside operations staff, balancing coverage needs with budget and maintaining a high level of service during peak and off-peak periods.
Provided golf instruction to over 300 golfers across women’s clinics, junior camps, and private or semi-private sessions, helping players of all skill levels improve their fundamentals and enjoy the game.
