With over 15 years of experience in the golf industry, I specialize in tournament operations and management that deliver exceptional experiences—from elite professional events to high-level member tournaments. Currently, I serve as the Tournament Manager at Pinehurst Resort & Country Club, where I oversee a full calendar of prestigious member events at one of golf’s most iconic destinations.
My background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from the University of Evansville, a Master’s in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University, and Class A PGA Professional status through the PGA of Brazil. This combination of education, international perspective, and hands-on experience allows me to approach each tournament with both strategic vision and operational precision.

Tournament Manager – Pinehurst Country Club Summer 2022 – Current
• Leads a schedule of over ninety member tournaments throughout the year such as Club Championships, Member-Members, Member-Guests, and other member-led events
• Heads all PCC’s weekly golf associations, interclub teams, member groups, and their special events during the season.
• Supervises external amateur and junior level national golf tournaments such as the North & South Amateur Championship, and the Donald Ross Junior Championship.
• Promotes women’s golf by being involved in weekly ladies’ outings and being the direct liaison for National Women’s Golf Day at PCC.
• Selected to be a Committee Chair for membership play on Courses Nos. 3 & 5 during the 124th U.S. Open Championship at Pinehurst for 2024.
First Assistant Golf Professional – Pinehurst Course No. 6 Spring 2021 – Summer 2022
• Lead a team of seventeen direct reports including Outside Service Attendants, Starters, and a Second Assistant Golf Professional.
• Contributed to the execution of weekly golf associations, and their special thematic events.
• Created the membership-renowned Thursday Twilight Couples tournaments.
Assistant Golf Professional – Pinehurst Course No. 7 – Summer 2018 – Spring 2021
• Assisted in overseeing all duties relating to the daily golf operations of Course No. 7.
• Ensured the quality and consistency of member and group tournaments are executed in a professional manner to meet and
exceed the members and guest expectations such as club championships, member-guest tournaments, and more events.
• Designed golf contests for corporate groups and businesses throughout the resort.
• Was the primary contact for the weekly Ladies Golf Association playing days.
